Gardena Location

Q1. Do you have a customer restroom at the Gardena location?

A. Unfortunately, our Gardena location does not have a public restroom. We apologize for any inconvenience!

Q2. What are your hours and operating concept for Gardena?

A. Our Gardena location operates as a quick lunch spot with a special Menu Rotation System. We are open Tuesday through Friday, 10:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Closed Saturday, Sunday, and Monday).

Q3. Is dine-in available, or is it take-out only?

A. We offer limited cozy seating for quick dine-in, but take-out and pre-orders are highly recommended for a fast pickup during busy lunch hours!

Q4. Where can I park at the Gardena location?

A. Free parking is available in the business park lot right in front of our location.

Q5. Can I order catering or group lunches from Gardena?

A. Yes! We offer catering for corporate lunches and events via ezCater, Foodja, or direct request through our website.

 

West LA Location / La Cienega Blvd

Q1. Do you have a restroom at the West LA location?

A. Yes! Shared customer restrooms are located within the building complex. Please ask our team for the code/key if needed.

Q2. What are the operating hours for the West LA location?

A. We are open for lunch and dinner:

• Tuesday – Saturday: 10:30 AM – 9:30 PM

• Sunday: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM

• Monday: Closed

Q3. Do you offer delivery and online ordering?

A. Absolutely! You can order directly on our website or through DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, Online order link.

Q4. What parking options are available at West LA?

A. Dedicated building plaza parking (Open parking and Underground Parking) and street parking options are available nearby.

A. Yes, our West LA location features full dining hours and seating suited for individuals, families, and small groups!

A. Inspired by global flavors from our 15 years in Southern Africa, our signature hot sauce was continuously crafted and perfected in our family kitchen into a completely original, house-made recipe found nowhere else!

Q2. What does "Sup's" mean?

A. "Sup's" combines the friendly casual greeting "What's up?" with founder Joseph's Korean given name, 'Sup'!

Q3. Are there vegetarian or salad options on the menu?

A. Yes! We offer fresh salad/wrap options and delicious sides alongside our crispy chicken sandwiches, wings, tenders and chibap bowls.
