📄 Sup’s Chicken — Return & Refund Policy (English)

At Sup’s Chicken, we want you to love our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Please review our return and refund guidelines below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for:

  • Incorrect or damaged items received

  • Unopened and unused products in original condition

  • Requests made within 7 days of delivery

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable food items (e.g., fried chicken, grilled chicken, meals)

  • Opened sauces or consumable goods

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items (final sale)


2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was our mistake.


3. Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items.
If the item you need is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • A wrong item was sent

  • The product arrived damaged

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


5. Order Issues

If you received the wrong item, damaged goods, or something is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.


6. How to Start a Return

Please contact us at hello@supschicken.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photo(s) if applicable

Our team will provide next steps and a return authorization.


7. Hot Sauce & Merchandise Policy

For bottled hot sauce and merchandise:

  • Unopened bottles can be returned within 7 days

  • Opened bottles cannot be returned for safety reasons

  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed to qualify


8. In-Store Purchases

This policy applies only to online Shopify orders.
In-store purchases follow our store’s local return policy.
